Details
of plan:
- 16 hours WEEKDAY
ANYTIME SERVICE (Monday
8:00am to Friday 6:00pm, all recognized legal holidays excluded)
- Phone support billed to plan in 10 minute increments
- E-mail support billed to plan in 10 minute increments
- Minimum onsite service call: 1/2 hour
- Hours are pre-paid the first of the month
- Unused hours do not “roll over” to the next month
- Minimum three month commitment required
- Onsite response time: 4 hours during weekday hours
- All support not included in plan billed at “Open” rates
Easy upgrades!
You may upgrade to a another plan by the 15th of any month, or
at the point when 16 hours is reached, whichever comes first, however, once
the plan is upgraded it cannot be “downgraded” for the remainder of the agreement
